What happens with my Special Assistance when I arrive at my desination?

If you have booked Special Assistance, your airline will arrange for your assistance requirements to be passed on to your destination Airport before you travel.

When you arrive, trained assistance staff will be available to provide the support you have requested. This may include:

  • Assistance leaving the aircraft
  • Help navigating through the airport
  • Support through passport control (where applicable)
  • Assistance collecting baggage
  • Help reaching your onward transport or designated meeting point

The type of assistance provided will depend on the requirements you have agreed with your airline when booking.

To ensure the correct assistance is available, it is important to notify your airline of your requirements as early as possible and provide any updates before you travel.
