Who do I contact if my baggage is delayed, damaged or lost?

Checked in baggage is not handled or managed by the Airport. There are two 'handling agents' that operate at the Airport which manage all baggage related enquiries. 

Jet2.com act as a handling agent for all Jet2.com and Jet2holidays flights, Swissport act as a handling agent for all other flights. 

Baggage should be reported missing in person at the time of your arrival, and passengers will be supplied a unique Property Irregularity Report (PIR) reference number once they have reported their item of hold luggage as missing. 

Your PIR reference is a combination of 5 letters and 5 digits, example: NCLZZ12345. If you haven't received a PIR reference number within 48 hours of arriving at the Airport, we recommend you contact your airline.

If you have received a PIR number, you can track the status of your lost luggage on your airline's website of using the link below. You will require your PIR reference number to track your baggage. Swissport will be in touch as soon as possible regarding delivery of your baggage.
